Acupuncture- An element of Tradition Chinese Medicine in which thin needles are inserted at differentiations acupoints (pressure points) around the body to help balance your system. Acupuncture is used to treat pain, stress, asthma, fertility challenges, insomnia, anxiety, digestive upset, etc… Acupuncture can also be used preventatively for overall balance, well being and vitality.

Clients have the option to be guided to deep states of relaxation with the use of Yoga Nidra and guided meditation free of charge. Clients of course also have the option to be left in peace with needles inserted.



 Acupressure “Tui Na”- An element of Traditional Chinese Medicine that would suit someone who is adverse to needles. “Tui Na” translates to “push pull,” it is a clothed style of Chinese massage that pressurized certain acupoints along energetic channels or meridians of the body to help balance the system. Some of the benefits of Tui Na are improved circulation of blood and Qi “Chee” (life force energy), reduces pain and stiffness, benefits musculoskeletal disorders, improves flexibility, benefits the immune system and overall vitality.

Cupping/Moving Cupping/Cupping Therapy- An element of Traditional Chinese Medicine the improves overall health, by removing energizing blockages (which can be from injury, repetitive use, trauma, etc…). Glass, bamboo or silicone cups are used to create a vacuum effect. This can help to relieve local pain, it can help the recovery time of athletes, improve circulation, etc…

 Acu-Yin-yoga- This combines yin yoga with acupoint stimulation, whether by hands, tools, or needles. Yin yoga is a very slow -paced yoga practice where poses low to the ground and held for longer periods of time with the assistance of props such as yoga blocks, blankets and bolsters/pillows. These poses and holds pressurize, stretch and activatTraditional Chinese Medicine meridians or channels. I utilize acupoints (either customized or general well being points) during the poses and in the final resting pose of savasana. This is very beneficial for everyone, especially those who lead very active “yang” lives.
