I have worked on A lot of bodies in my career as a healer. Thousands at this point. Every background, shape and personality. Most people want advice on how to relieve stress and tension. Massage and bodywork isn’t magic. Healing is rarely immediate and certainly not linear. We all have good and bad days. Self-care is not about spending hours on yourself each day or the amount of money you invest in yourself. In my opinion, self-care is about the regularity (even if its only 20 minutes) of your attention to your body, mind and soul.

These general series are intended to educate you to help yourself ease tension and pain for specific areas or issues of the body and to be used as preventative care. The root of some pain is way more complex than these videos address, so if you have something serious going on consult a medical professional. Remember there is no one and done, do these a few times a week. Make sure to take a look at techniques and points used before following the self-care routines so you know what to do, how to do it safely for your joints and where on the meridians to go. Once you know the routines, I highly recommend putting on some tunes and focusing on yourself, your breath and the area of the body you are working on. Happy healing, my friends.
